Configuring Your POWERSTAC™Â

NEW CUSTOMERS: Please contact the Sales Rep for your area and create an account before proceeding.

Use the configurator below to select and arrange power modules in a 30″, 60″, or 75″ chassis. Important: You must fill the entire chassis with power modules — select some blank modules if needed to fill the entire chassis. When finished, click the “Request Quote” button to submit the layout.

When we receive the layout, we’ll create a model number and email it, along with a quote, to the address provided. You may then use the number to place an order.

Powerstac Configurator v2

Step One:

Select chassis length: 30, 60 or 75-inches (limited by rack height).

Step Two:

Select a connection type (J-box or non-metallic flexible conduit)

IMPORTANT: You must choose the non-metallic flexible conduit if you plan to add independent conductors for multiple circuits (Step 5). If selecting a J-box, be sure to make your selection according to Allowable Wire Combinations (listed here), not box size.

Step Three

Starting with the First Module, which sits closest to the J-box or conduit connection, select enough individual 5, 10, or 15 inch modules to fill the length of the chassis. Select modules in the order desired, choosing blank modules if needed to fill the chassis. Do not select more modules than needed—the number of modules used will depend on the length of the chassis and that of each module selected.

Click here to view the module library in a separate window while making selections.

Step Four

Select the "Rackmount Position" where the Powerstac is to be mounted. Positions are described as they appear to an installer standing at the back of a rack (click here for illustration). Please include this information even if you plan to mount the Powerstac yourself.

Step Five (optional):

SIG option for isolated ground (IG) modules with multiple circuits: if you want to include an independent conductor for each circuit check the box at right; otherwise leave it unchecked and a common IG conductor will be used. Click here for information on allowable wire combinations for this option.
